Madness, Mayhem, & Other Great Opera Moments

It's snowing here in little Logan town.  And when I say snowing, I mean snowflakes-the-size-of-my-head-snowing.

On other matters of business: tonight is closing night of "Madness, Mayhem, & Other Great Opera Moments".  So if you want to come enjoy a free (for USU students) opera concert full of the best pieces of a variety of operas, or if you just maybe want to come see me sing, than come! It's at the Caine Lyric Theater at 7:30.
We are so hot we can't be stopped, so come join the fun. :)

That's about all for now.  Cross your fingers we don't get snowed in tonight!

Thankful Thursday

I know this whole being grateful thing might be getting a little old cause of the billions of Facebook statuses, but I'm a firm believer that happiness is a grateful heart.
Also, it is November.
So, this Thursday I am grateful that I passed all my memory tests for voice lessons. After 10 solid weeks of drawing pictures, making up acronyms, and beating my brains out, memorizing  became a bit painful.
Monotony is the devil, for reals.
my love/hate relationship with memorizing
Also, pumpkin spice hot chocolate is good.
hmmm :)
That's all folks.
What are you thankful for today?

It tastes like sugar

All I have to say is that yesterday I rode on a tandem with a complete stranger across campus.

My dream of riding a tandem has been fulfilled.

Thank you, complete stranger!

Oh, and, remember Fun Dip?

Yeah, me too.

Here's to 70 years

Meet Grandma and Grandpa Craig.
This weekend they are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary.
Isn't that pretty amazing?

Aren't they attractive people?

I just wanted to say thank you Grandma and Grandpa for getting married so that I could be born.  I cannot wait to celebrate this special day with you!  You two are such great examples to me.  One day that'll be me and my true friend.

           Love,
                Cait

P.S.
Here's a song for this special occasion:
