I feel as if my life has taken a 360 in the past two days.
Perhaps, because all my opinions and feelings of a certain human being have changed radically.
I have been so wrong.
This seed of hope has planted itself in my brain.
 I'm curious.

Curious of these new found revelations.  What will happen?  What will become of this?
I think it is safe to say that my life has turned into my favorite Jane Austen novel.  I have been Miss Eliza all along; making assumptions and judgements about someone's character based off their actions.  He the same.
So  now I wait with unsurity.
Unsurity of my next move.

Post show blues

I'm feeling sentimental and nostalgic today.

Now that Legally Blonde is over, I'm not quite sure what to do with all this extra free time.
But, I just wanted to take a minute and say that I'm so grateful to have been a part of such a professional production. It's the first musical I've done since high school! But it was a million times better than any of my high school productions.
Thank you to all the cast, directors, and crew! I'm immensely grateful to have worked with you and gotten to know you! I feel as if I've learned and grown a lot these past few months. So thank you for the amazing opportunity for me to grow as an artist!
I'm gonna miss all my new friends.
But, they say it's not over until the fat lady sings...and that means that opera scenes are this weekend.
So everyone come for a night of beautiful music! (It'll be in English)

  • Friday, November 17, at the FAC, room 214
  • Saturday, November 18, at St. Johns Episcopal Church (85 East 100 North, Logan
Can't wait to see you all there :)

Oh, and to go with the Nostalgic theme, here's a pic of my favorite little village:

A word about singles wards and dating.

I'm sick of going to fireside after fireside and having endless discussions about dating.
Sure we can sit around and dissect every minute little detail about why it's not happening or why so many girls and guys go dateless, but is that really going to help us achieve anything?

How about we just get out there and do it?
Stop thinking about it so much and make it happen. We have to be working toward a goal, and that can only happen if we are actively seeking to achieve it.

Nothing is going to change if all you ever do is talk about it.

What are your thoughts about this topic?
